Plan for the Life You Actually Have, Not the Life You Think You Should Have
Sometimes, planning fails not because you lack discipline, but because the plan was never built for your actual life. It is easy to create a routine around an ideal version of yourself: someone who wakes up early every day, exercises several times a week, cooks every meal, keeps the house organised, works without distractions, reads, journals and still has enough energy left for hobbies and social plans. On paper, everything seems possible. In reality, work runs late, energy changes, errands appear and some days simply do not go as expected. That does not mean you are bad at routines.
